Cancellation Policy

  1. Ujwal stationery reserves the right at any time to accept or reject the cancellation request, reserves the right to amend, modify under the Cancellation/Refund Policy.
  2. Ujwal stationery shall not be held responsible or liable, nor considered as a party in default for any delay in delivery of product/s due to any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond the control of Ujwal stationery or its affiliates and without its fault or negligence, but not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, embargoes, strikes, lockouts, Covid-19, failure of telephone connections or power failure, fire, floods or natural calamity.
  3. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
